These terms govern your use of drive-wise.ca and its pages, and the submission of any form on them. By using this page or submitting the form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the page.
Drive-Wise operates each page on drive-wise.ca on behalf of the dealership named on it (the "Dealer"). The service does one thing: it collects the information you choose to submit and forwards it to that Dealer so the Dealer can contact you about vehicle payment, trade-in, or purchase options. Drive-Wise is not a dealership, lender, broker, or credit agency, and does not itself sell vehicles or offer financing.
It is a request for the Dealer to contact you, and (if you selected
a day and time) a request for an appointment.
It is not a guaranteed appointment until the Dealer confirms it; not an
offer, quote, pre-approval, or approval of financing or credit on any terms; not a
vehicle valuation or purchase commitment; and not an authorization for anyone to obtain
a credit report about you. Any pricing, financing, or trade-in figures are discussed and
agreed later, directly between you and the Dealer.
You agree that the information you submit is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Approximate figures (odometer, payment, income range, housing payment) are understood to be estimates, but knowingly false submissions — or submissions of another person's information without authority — are prohibited.
Our collection and handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: your information goes to the single Dealer named on this page, is never sold or pooled, and no credit check is performed through this page.
You agree not to misuse the page — including submitting spam or automated entries, attempting to probe, disrupt, or overload the service, submitting malicious content, or using the page for any unlawful purpose. We may block or discard submissions that appear fraudulent or abusive.
The Dealer is solely responsible for the follow-up: contacting you, honouring or rescheduling appointment requests, and any offers, pricing, financing terms, or representations made in its dealings with you. Drive-Wise is not a party to any transaction between you and the Dealer.
This page is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Drive-Wise disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the page — including missed or unconfirmed appointments, or the acts and omissions of the Dealer. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law, including the Consumer Protection Act (Ontario) or the Consumer Protection Act (Quebec) where they apply.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the page after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the province where you reside.
